The recommendation was announced during the press conference organized on the occasion of the “Gęsina na św. Marcina” (St. Martin’s Goose). The certificate and the silver snail was presented to Witek Iwański by the President of the Polish branch of Slow Food – Dr. Jacek Szklarek.
The Slow Food organization has recommended only six restaurants in Poland. It is yet another prestigious award for Aruana Restaurant and for our guests a guarantee of the great food experience.
